June 7 board meeting @ 8pm

Dear members-

The board plans to meet Tuesday, June 7 at 8pm at the pool pavilion.

The proposed agenda is:

1. Approval of the previous board meeting minutes
2. Treasurer report: Financial report and dues collection.
3. Committee discussions
   • 1. Pool:
        1. White coating, heater update, and concrete issues where pipes were installed.
     2. Tennis
     3. Membership
     4. Grounds:
     5. Long Range/Capital: Short term (1-2 years): Sidewalks, Volleyball and Parking lot; Medium term (3-4 years): Club house, tennis courts
4. Open discussion
5. Executive session
