Annual Meeting/Board Meeting 11/5/24 @ 7:30PM

The PHRA Board plans to meet on Tuesday, November 5 at 7:30PM to discuss a blend of Annual Meeting and Regular Board meeting Agenda Items.

The meeting will be held at Meridian High School in Room 312. Meridian High School is located at the following address: 121 Mustang Alley, Falls Church, VA 22043

The PHRA Board President, Marc DeLuca, proposes the following agenda:

1. Call to Order (Marc DeLuca)
2. 2024 Annual Election (Annual Meeting of Shareholders) (Inspector of Election, James Berry)
   1. Confirmation of Active Election Period Close (11/4/24 4PM ET)
   2. Confirmation of Board Member Quorum
   3. Call for In-person/Paper Ballot Vote Collection
   4. Confirmation of Shareholder Quorum (electronic and paper votes received)
   5. Election Results
      1. Confirmation of any write-in votes received
      2. Confirmation of individuals who ran for Board seats (including write-in votes)
      3. Announcement of top 5 individuals with the most votes who will be Board members
   6. Advisory Question Results
3. Approval of October 2024 Special Meeting Minutes (Marc DeLuca)
