Thank you for your interest in Poplar Heights.

We are a not-for-profit shareholder organization. Membership in the association is conveyed through the purchase of a share. However, use of the facility can also be accomplished through the rental of a share. As of July 2019, we currently have a waiting list of 4  years for a rental offer and 6 to 8 years to purchase a share depending on when you first applied.

Applicants are automatically placed on the list for both a share and a rental. When a vacancy occurs, you will be contacted to confirm your continued interest. If your email address changes, use the “contact us” link on the home page to give us your updated information.

The PHRA parking lot is private property, exclusively for our members and guests.  It is not a public park and is not intended to provide parking for those using the adjacent W&OD Trail.
