Thank you for your interest in Poplar Heights.

We are a not-for-profit shareholder organization. Membership in the association is conveyed through the purchase of a share. However, use of the facility can also be accomplished through the rental of a share. As of January 2022, we currently have a waiting list of approximately 5 years for a rental offer and approximately 8 years to purchase a share depending on when you first applied.

Applicants can specify whether they want to be placed on the list for a share, a rental, or both. When a vacancy occurs, you will be contacted to confirm your continued interest.

The PHRA parking lot is private property, exclusively for our members and guests.  It is not a public park and is not intended to provide parking for those using the adjacent W&OD Trail.
