Thank you for your interest in Poplar Heights.

We are a not-for-profit shareholder organization. Membership in the association is conveyed through the purchase of a share. However, use of the facility can also be accomplished through the rental of a share. As of July 2019, we currently have a waiting list of 4  years for a rental offer and 6 to 8 years to purchase a share depending on when you first applied.

Applicants are automatically placed on the list for both a share and a rental. When a vacancy occurs, you will be contacted to confirm your continued interest.

The PHRA parking lot is private property, exclusively for our members and guests.  It is not a public park and is not intended to provide parking for those using the adjacent W&OD Trail.

Members are able to update their own account information in Member Splash, including resetting their password and adding family members.

In September 2020, the Board revised the PHRA bylaws such that members may go inactive under only two circumstances:

  1. Shareholder, who, by written notice to the Corporation, indicates that he/she has been assigned overseas for work-related reasons, or
  2. Shareholders and renters who are facing exceptional hardship/humanitarian circumstances which would prevent them from using the club’s facilities may also apply to the board for the privilege of going inactive.
