The PHRA Board President, Marc Deluca, proposes the following agenda for the November 2023 meeting:

1. Approval of the Annual Meeting Minutes and October Board Meeting Minutes

2. Nominations and voting of officers

3. Committee Positions

4. Open Discussion

There will be no open Board Meeting for December, it will be an Executive session.
