3) recording of decisions in minutes- proposal to indicate in minutes by name who: moves, seconds, tables, and votes, abstains, or objects with the exception of unanimous votes to support

5) conflict of interest- conclude discussion of Marc’s role as swim team treasurer and his wife as swim team rep coupled with Marc being PHRA board chair, which was tabled until February so one member would have time to reflect
