Dear PHRA community-

Please be informed the PHRA board plans to meet on April 6, 2021 at 8:00pm.  The meeting will be held via Zoom.

The PHRA board president, Marc DeLuca, proposes the following agenda:

1. Approval of the March 2nd board meeting minutes
2. Treasurer report: Financial report and dues collection.
3. Web based shareholder certificates and control data base
4. Committee discussions
   • 1. Pool: Chris/Marc:
        1. Update on swimming season for NVSL and expectations for this season.
        2. White coating and concrete issues where pipes were installed.
        3. Pool opening update from Titan
     2. Tennis: John
     3. Membership: James
     4. Grounds: Dan
     5. Long/Range/Capital: Allison
        1. Plans for survey
5. Encroachment: propose and vote on a plan to resolve two encroachments on PHRA property
